Information you choose to provide
The website does not currently use a contact form, customer account, payment page, newsletter signup, or comment feature. If you call the published phone number, you choose what information to provide through the phone service. Do not leave alarm codes, entry instructions, travel itineraries, key locations, or other sensitive property information in voicemail.
Website delivery and analytics
The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which necessarily processes network and device information to deliver and protect web traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also collect site-performance and aggregate usage measurements. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first and states that it does not collect or use visitors' personal data. Cloudflare's own notices govern its processing.
Colony does not currently install advertising pixels, behavioral advertising tools, or a customer-facing cookie preference system through the site code. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security cookies depending on the security features and traffic conditions applied at its edge.
Phone communications
Calls, voicemail, and related carrier records may include the caller's number, time, duration, and any information the caller elects to provide. That information may be used to respond to an inquiry, evaluate service fit, arrange requested services, maintain business records, and protect legal or operational interests. Carrier and device settings are outside the control of this website.
External links
The site links to public agencies, Google, and other third-party resources. Their websites and services have their own privacy, security, accessibility, and content practices. A link is provided for convenience or source attribution and does not transfer control of those practices to Colony.
Security and retention
No method of communication or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Information should be limited to what is necessary and shared through an appropriate method. Business records are retained only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, operational requirements, dispute prevention, or applicable obligations.
Children
This site and Colony's services are directed to adults seeking property-related services, not to children.
